How to Reach Lefkada Island

By car: A floating bridge of constant flow connects the island with the mainland of Greece.
Athens-Lefkada: 380 km or approximately 4 hours of driving. Salonica-Lefkada: 420 km or approximately 3,5-4 hours of driving (through Egnatia highway).

By aeroplane: National (from Athens, Crete) and international flights to Preveza/Aktio airport and then by bus or taxi to Lefkada (20 km).
By seaplane: connection with other Ionian islands.
By ferryboat: from Ithaca and Kefalonia.
